Our Non-Refundable Tour Packages are subject to specific terms and conditions. Here’s what you need to know about our refund and cancellation policy:
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER:
Once a Non-Refundable Tour Package is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Full payment is required at the time of booking and it is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION BY HOLIDAYS TOURS LLC:
In the rare event that Holidays Tours LLC needs to cancel your booked tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to arrange an alternative tour. If an alternative tour is not suitable or feasible, a full refund will be issued to you promptly.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage to protect you against unforeseen circumstances. Please note that travel insurance should be purchased separately and is not included in our Non-Refundable Tour Packages.
FORCE MAJEURE:
In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, political instability, health crises or other events beyond our control that impact the travel plan, we will work with our customers to provide the best possible solution. This may involve modifying the itinerary or rescheduling the tour. Refunds under these circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS:
Holidays Tours LLC is not responsible for refunds in the event of flight cancellations or changes by airlines. We recommend reaching out to the airline directly for their specific refund and cancellation policies
• There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour. • The hotel receptionist is not responsible for information about your program, kindly contact your local representative if you have any questions concerning tours, transfers, etc.
• Standard hotel check-in time is [15:00Hrs Local Time], and check-out time is [12:00Hrs Local Time].
• All special requests like early Check-In, late check-out, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, honeymoon freebies, king, twin, adjoining, and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.
• Rates & room availability are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.
• Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments. The company will neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial, or other related act/omission or any loss, expense, damage, or cost resulting therefrom. A refund is not applicable if the client is unable to travel due to visa reasons. The cancellation policy will be applied as necessary.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause whatsoever. All such losses or expense must be borne by the passengers.
• Travel Insurance rates will vary as per the age of the passengers. If specified, rates do not include senior citizens who will be charged extra.
• Hotels may ask for security deposit/card details for incidental charges. The client must settle the same directly with the hotel; the agent or local supplier will not be responsible for it.
• Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.
• Itinerary is just indicative and might change due to unforeseen situations.
• Passengers should be at the airport at least 4 hours before their flight, to allow themselves enough time to go through check-in, security control, and airport- specific health and safety procedures.
• Tips, porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, and shopping will be extra.
• All travelers should be on time as sightseeing will be on a group basis.
• Any setback on destinations will not be acceptable.
• This package is valid from the mentioned date.
• The guest should report one hour before the pickup point.
• No food consumption is allowed without the driver’s permission on the coach.
• Any damage to the coach or any property assets (including hotels) will be depanelized.
• In case of bad behavior towards co-travelers, hotel staff, coach driver, or tour manager, legal actions may be taken.
• Tourist places will be taken action including legal actions.
• Full payment is mandatory for confirmation.
• Due to bad weather or new government rules, tours may not be operated, and the last-minute paid amount will not be refunded.
• Operators have the right to change or shorten the itinerary due to time constraints.
• Delays and waiting will not be considered due to the nature of group tours with multiple guests.
• If a passenger is delayed reporting at the designated meeting point, the payment will not be refunded.
• If the passenger is a no-show, the paid amount will not be refunded.
• The package price is subject to change at any time.
• In the event of visa denial, the tourist should bear their own expenses to return to the UAE. The paid amount for the tour package will not be refunded.
• Please do not forget to bring your passport and Emirates ID during your travel.
• Less than 45 days from the departure date – 100% of the package cost (non- refundable).
• In case of visa rejections/cases where customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the airline’s cancellation policy.
• Insurance rates will vary as per the age of Passengers. If specified, rates do not include Senior Citizens who will be charged extra.
The voucher covers only those taxes which are included in the booking price (if included); all various other applicable taxes / fees need to be settled directly by the passenger.
